This game is shockingly fun and challenging and reminds me of that stacks engine style of card games (idk if thats what was used or not sorry X3)
as a card game this is solid with the emissions and speed systems being amazingly created it took me no time at all to pick this up and beat it my second try i hope to see more games like this especially when the climate change topic of the game genuinely makes this one of the best card games ive ever played i love what you guys did and i hope to see more!
I found a bug. If you drag a card off one of the sectors, it starts getting destroyed. If you return that card to its sector before it gets destroyed, then go back to the menu and resume the game, the card's destruction timer gets reset.
its because the speed of the gaining emissions not just how much so maybe it would be that if all of the things start for 40 seconds which is a tick or whatever its called so if its faster then 40 like 39 you will gain slightly more or less emissions per tick
Really like the game (got three of the endings), though I've been running into a repeating issue where...the best i can describe it is the cards themselves break, sometimes cards hide behind other cards (this is especially bad when the card I'm trying to click on is a card i can upgrade/build with, when trying to move a card it moves another one instead, this was especially bad because your starting science card was basically rendered unusable and i had to delete it.
I wish the game had a continue option when you built the final card. Never-the-less, I loved this game. I spent 500 rounds just unlocking all the cards and then went back to unlock the Completion Cards. It really suits my min-max completionist way of playing games Not the Minimum, but I think I saved the planet.
It runs flawlessly through proton, you can use lutris to easily run it. The itch client for linux sadly doesn't have proton or wine support built-in. More info: https://github.com/itchio/itch/issues/433

Thank you so much, we are glad you like it, environmental topics are dear to our hearts so hopefully someday soon we’ll have another game!

Does anyone know how the emmisions per round is calculated because from what I can see this should be 0 (9 - 6 - 3 = 0)
its because the speed of the gaining emissions not just how much so maybe it would be that if all of the things start for 40 seconds which is a tick or whatever its called so if its faster then 40 like 39 you will gain slightly more or less emissions per tick
the amount of emmisions is generated every time that sector produces something. eg: industry could produce 9 pollution every 21 seconds.
the amount per round for each sector would be calculated like:
pollution produced per round = (pollution produced / production time) * round time
and the total would just be the sum of all sectors

Also had fun doing a Hardcore <200 Emission Run
(Most of this stuff isn't actually required, I just bought it while waiting for stuff to upgrade)
Soon, I'll do a ||Hardcore <200 Emission Lowest Rounds|| run
Currently at 103.9
:3
After 5 months I finally beat this.
Wow, you must really like this game. I can't imagine spending 5 whole months just to beat a score.
Well, I haven't been interested in it for months, so I guess I'll leave you to it. Seeya.
linux support when :(
